OFFICE POLICIES
Payment is required at the time of service.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or checks are accepted. We also accept HSA/FSA cards. We can provide you with a coded invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if your policy covers acupuncture.
Since your appointment is held especially for you, we request a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notification for existing patients, and 48-hours for new patients. Your consideration is appreciated.
If your appointment is not cancelled within 24/48 hours, you will incur a $100 late cancel fee. This policy also applies to missed or “no show” appointments.
If we can reschedule your appointment within the same week as your original appointment, you will not incur the cancellation fee.
